As I sent Dawson off on his 8th grade missions trip to Tennessee today (on his birthday), I was alittle sad for a few reasons. I don’t like not having my cubs close (sorry Ryan, it’s a fact that God made me just like a mama bear!) not to mention it was a sacrifice on my part to send Dawson away on his birthday. 🙂 Today the weather here is also sad and gray. All that said, my spirits are lifted when I see God’s handy work. It is such a blessing to read the words you leave us and see the pictures of our kids smiling faces. Thank you Jesus for using our children for your kingdom!!! I know He has a great plan for these seniors and the 8th graders in Tennessee too. Thanks to Eric, Hok, and Anna for leading and coaching our kids through this opportunity and for showing the example of how to live for Christ with purpose and abandon. Miss you all! Love you Ryan! Enjoy the rest of your trip everyone!
